I don´t work in this market segment, nor on this level (being "Head of IT" for a < 100 employee company)... but i always disliked this style of authoritarian leadership. Would my boss act like this my answer would probably be (and was on previous jobs) "Well then... f** you". Maybe bad for career, but really good for inner peace.
