Man... How it even possible to colapse unrelated things like economy stength with plain scientific paper(s) ?? But want an answer to why US is stronger/better in economy/industry ? a) US won WW2 and didn't have shit in goverment like comunism in Europe; b) US is continent size country - and in last decades it matters: more peoples, more resources, same culture; c) US had blessing from "In God we trust" and as is written that blessing spans 1k generations :) Also US was/is active in hijacking whole industries, for example computers making.
