Fluff piece. Block chain could be used to maintaining and secure digital licensing. We use it for a lot of dumb arbitrary things and so it seems there is no genuine use case. You can use as a ledger to track transactions and make your transaction trackable. Do we though, do we apply this to digital exchange of actual currencies... nope.
