The price transparency rule was kind of useless already in the setting of most people being insured, it doesn’t really tell people how much they are going to end up paying. I want to start a site that lets people submit their explanation of benefits from their insurance company and eventually lets people shop for insurance and/or hospital/clinic based on what they end up having to pay.
