I've been dabbling with premiere pro it feels easy enough. lot of video tutorials, just look up what i want to do eventually stumble into searching right keywords. For audio audacity workflow was easier to edit out mistakes. Tip i learned from a youtuber is to record short sentences speak them 2x-5x and keep the best sentences. Sure it's a lot of editing afterwards but overtime hopefully one sentence will become 10 sentences.
