- username90 5y agoThe therapeutic does you get doesn't make you "high", you get a small burst of energy similar to caffeine at most, nothing unsustainable. And since "euphoria" isn't a well defines concept you could see caffeine as causing "euphoria". Certainly seems that way when people say they can't function before they get their morning coffee.
