When you start quoting the dictionary to prove a point, maybe it's time to take a step back.

- burntsushi 5y agoIt has no concrete specific definition as far as I'm aware. It's just a colloquial phrase to distinguish it from something that has been around for a long time, while also drawing focus to its similarities.
