Hopefully they've improved things but on my 2018 MBP Bluetooth is pretty flakey when I try to use my Jabra headset (which works flawlessly from Android all day long). From the logs, it looks like the Bluetooth driver periodically crashes and restarts Thermals aren't great. The area above the touchbar frequently hits around 125F and the fans spin up at a moments notice. It likely needs cleaned but the design isn't condusive of maintenance where some other professional laptops have toolless access doors (I remember the older HP Elitebooks having toolless access to the entire underside)
