By that logic, they should also shut down Tik Tok and most social media.

- NicoJuicy 5y agoAnd before internet, you wrote letters to your parents to let them know how "camp" was. Or to your friends when you moved away or vacation letters when you're travelling or send a postcard to wish happy birthday. It just got easier and quicker. But in general, people won't put their private life on display, just what they want to share and "impress" with or nag about. If you want to see damage to lives where things get shared in public, it's something like revenge p** where the government will protect the victim through the legal system and their actual private life was shared by harmful actors.
