Not for me as a SAAS founder who only wants to build an in house team. Agencies are ok if you have no option at all but most of the ones I have talked to are just glorified Ad money spenders unfortunately. Not saying you cannot exist as plenty of agencies exist and I am sure most make good money but I don't see it for myself considering agencies/freelancers don't only have MY interest in mind. I would rather invest in house for the long haul.
