  Not if it can work it’s way out of your lungs, being smart as it is. One of my favorite dad jokes is that if Smart Water was so smart, why did it get trapped in a bottle?

    That's assuming benign smart dust. Imagine a smart dust deployment by a hostile foreign power that is less than benign.
