I think a ban is questionable and likely backfires for those in charge. Also banning based on what grounds? The US and many others see it as an investable asset

I think a ban is questionable and likely backfires for those in charge. Also banning based on what grounds? The US and many others see it as an investable asset. Governments will likely start to buy/mine large amounts... that's seems more likely at this point. I'd be surprised if the US government isn't doing this very soon (or has already)
