There are technical, business, marketing and idea entrepreneurs (probably others). I don't believe each know what the other does: Programming, Stock Options, Networking, etc. Maybe a program would be too structured for your tastes, but implemented well; it can reinforce potential entrepreneurs' knowledge. They could, of course, offer them in instalments as some entrepreneurs know some stuff and don't know other stuff but that's a different topic.
