It's the most accessible on any corporate computer, but also fast to start and fast to use. I use Greenshot to capture images, but its image editor cannot move rasterized bitmap around... so I still need to go to MS Paint or equivalent. Interestingly, the Paint 3D that now ships with Windows, is a strangely unfocused app.
