Can you describe the kind of work? This is exactly the experience we are having, especially on new projects. I’m starting to wonder if this is a high/low tech issue - maybe WFH works great for tasks that are common but not particularly challenging technically. I can tell you point blank that ASIC, systems, etc. work WFH is super broken when people can’t get face to face on a whiteboard or otherwise.
