- PaulHoule 5y agoA senior professor is getting other people to work on their ideas: something my thesis advisor always saw as a mark of distinction. I know a professor in the CS department who has no picture of herself on her web page but rather a picture of her huge group of students… She knows the students have a tough road ahead and need as much credit for their work as possible.
