I list my skill set in a prominent location on my resume and in the appropriate location on my linkedin page. Why do I keep getting contacted about jobs that require something that's not in my skill set? Linkedin should have the ability to filter on this information. I understand the recruiters are just spamming us, but couldn't they just add this filtering functionality to their spamming system?
I got on the phone with one of them and he started talking about devops - which is not on my resume. I guess he expected me to catch that, I missed it, and ended up wasting his time.
