Phenibut gives me terrible acidic dihareea and euphoria some 8 hours after taking it, I call it MDMA light. Effects come 4 hours after taking it so anyone taking it for sleep needs to take the therapeutic dosage -- 150-300mg and not the 900mg recreational dosage and needs to take it a looong time before bed.
