In fact, it appears from https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1994-10-29-me-56060-story.html https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1994-10-29-me-56060-... that she gave to her children what they desired and then auctioned the rest to charity (one can imagine that wasn’t necessarily this church).
