Because HIPA Law. Why do you have the right to ask me about my medical history?

- RhodoGSA 5y agoHipaa protects my right to keep my medical history private. How is that not how it works?
- Jcowell 5y agoYes , by medical Providers. If what you think were the case than Schools would not be able to ask if someone was Vaccinated to attend. HIPPA protects your medical information from thing released by hospitals and doctors without your approval. It says nothing about business asking or barring about it I believe. If it wasn’t the case than th while Preexisting Clause for the ACA wouldn’t have been needed since not!HIPAA would have done it anyway right?
