What Happens When Rising Seas Shift Maritime Borders?

Do the UN have any power to enforce this? Or it's just one of this rules that is applied until a country with a big enough float decides to move the border?
- vgaldikas 5y agoWhen conflict is between 2 weak countries, conflict disappears. When between strong and weak country, the weak country disappears. When between 2 strong countries the UN disappears :p
