We've had some big issues with people basically disappearing during this remote work time. And since we are a union shop, we've been basically unable to hold them accountable for it.

- warkdarrior 5y agoOf course not, almost by definition. Projects are scoped based on needs and based on the amount of employees available. I will not sign up to deliver Google Chrome with three employees.
