The general assumption of many people seems to be that Apple is taking effort to make their user Anonymous. But quite clearly it can not be in their interest to make them Anonymous to Apple. To be quite blunt: If Apple's strategy serves them right, their future user should be free to choose in all areas of his life from the options Apple curated for him.
