Can you tell us more about what they do well? I’m a dev who has often been encouraged to consider management but I’ve scared of the Peter Principle. I’m keen to learn from good examples.
- dave1999x 5y agoIf you're being encouraged to take up management, then they've probably already identified that you're already doing some of the right things. I hate it when I promote a team lead, and they change what they've been doing. I promoted because they were already doing the job.
