So, a regressive tax that hurts the poor and would end up only benefiting the special interests and creating more do-nothing gov’t bloat?
If you’re already playing with other peoples’ money and trying to change behavior I would suggest less stick, more carrot.
- mensetmanusman 5y agoSuch tax proposals usually try to be net zero. That means at the end of the year the poor are given the money back, and the rich are not.
