This article was excellent! I feel sorry that the author had to go through all that. It's made me realize and regret some of the times I personally have negatively snap-judged a person on the Interwebz based on just one context-devoid picture with too many upvotes. Tribalism is a heck of a drug. Easy to get involved in, satisfies our primal instincts, and is frequently horribly destructive. I hope one day I can have enough discipline to not criticize every stranger on Twitter.
