The job market is really tight, and if others offer near-Facebook-level comp with WFH, they have to compete.
- MathYouF 5y agoLiterally told a FB recruiter yesterday I was already earning near FB comp for global remote work, and for that reason I wasn't even intersted in interviewing for the position they were offering which required in the office work in SF after "corona ended".
