One thing I'm curious is how Facebook's remote / distributed work culture (if exits) helps this move. Some company has strong on-site culture. FB probably has some of that, but I suspect they also have some strong online-talking culture using their internal Facebook (for Workplace?) and maybe more. After all, their service is about connecting people online. Zuckerberg definitely has that in his mind.
