The Work-from-Home Future Is Destroying Bosses' Brains
- webmaven 5y agoWhoa. That's a pretty concentrated bolus of truth being dropped. Certain scenes from Office Space sprung immediately to mind, as well as a few glory hounds I've worked with (and occasionally for) over the years. I wonder how the altered dynamics of remote-first intersects with less traditional (and less hierarchical) organizational structures such as Holacracy, Teal, Sociocracy, Chaordic, Podularity, etc., not to mention more prosaic models like co-ops.
