I used to be 3 days in office 2 days remote. Now, I won't do more than 1 and I'm not at a tech company. My boss is cool with this as I am quite valuable to them

I used to be 3 days in office 2 days remote. Now, I won't do more than 1 and I'm not at a tech company. My boss is cool with this as I am quite valuable to them. Decent devs are in demand. If you are a nerd and know programming, networking and IT stuff the ball is in your court. I won't apply for a in-office position unless I am unemployed and cannot find employment for 6 months.
