What you're suggesting is that the solution to the problem should be targeted at the actual problem trying to be solved. Seems like a lot to ask, so clearly the best way forward is to just continue shoveling more wealth onto the already-wealthy at the expense of people entering the workforce and housing market, and even then still not actually solving the original problem we sought out to solve in the first place.
