I fail to see how it is possible to present a good faith argument about how Google is a public utility when the required infrastructure that Google is built on

I fail to see how it is possible to present a good faith argument about how Google is a public utility when the required infrastructure that Google is built on is not. If ISPs aren’t a utility then Google can’t be. I also don’t think this is being pursued in good faith which is the sadder part.
