  Most fiction writers think of their newsletters as self-promotion. But what if they thought of "newsletters" as the final product. Why not send your writing directly to your readers? I think it is the next wave of publishing. I have a weekly fiction, comic, and humor newsletter. And I serialize my novels directly to my readers.

  I haven't been able to read the article (it won't let me sign up?!) but I think this is very interesting news - I wonder who they'll target, writers from 'mainstream' publishing or those having success on Royal Road/Kindle/Wattpad etc - or maybe both! Cool that they're targeting comics too, it just shows the variety of things you can do with an email
