The Benq Wit lamp has been great for me: https://www.benq.eu/en-uk/lamps/desklamp/wit.html https://www.benq.eu/en-uk/lamps/desklamp/wit.html I also changed up my desk for a sit-stand one with much larger surface area. The other changes were a monitor arm ( https://www.bachmann.com/en/products/monitor-arms/zg1-monitor-arm https://www.bachmann.com/en/products/monitor-arms/zg1-monito... ) and a Hag Capisco chair. The end result has been a massive improvement in comfort and posture.
