Indian Ocean, at best, embraces only Madagascar
- eesmith 5y agoSure, but why not write simply "it is the only ocean to completely embrace a continent rather than being embraced by them", and leave out the first qualification? It's always possible to add more qualifications, like "it is the only penguin-containing ocean completely south of the Equator to touch three others and to completely embrace a continent rather than being embraced by them.
