- Dah00n 5y agoWe all know that scanned paper is the correct editor.
- the_third_wave 5y agoPaper, really? Rune stones still link us to our Viking ancestors, cuneiform tablets still link us to Gilgamesh, there is just no way paper can beat silicon (plus a few other elements).
- tremon 5y agoBut does that mean that silicon is the preferred editing environment, or merely the most reliable storage format?
- uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh 5y agoI just use a typewriter, with a video feed to an ocr that pipes to my language server that outputs to my AR display so I can get error squiggles
- squiggleblaz 5y agoScanned paper can be mimicked with these newfangled tablets and pens. Your best bet for the one true editor is ed, the standard text editor!
