This is at least the third unique number I've seen for the cost of a missile. Wikipedia cites a cost of $40,000 per missile, for example (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Dome https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Dome). I assume people are just guessing from the budget.
