I bet Capcom's lawyers are frantically preparing a settlement proposal for substantially less than was requested, and that they are prepared to write a check for that sum today, instead of going to court. Juracek's lawyers know this, and that's why they're saying nothing. Saying nothing maximizes their ability to agree to whatever flowery no-fault language Capcom would like attached to the settlement, because those words cost nothing.
