Not sure electric batteries have the endurance. Rockets and jet packs are pure thrust based devices = short endurance. Electric is somewhat better. Internal combustion coupled with the lift of a pair of rotating wings will have about 10x the endurance of current batteries and about 25x the endurance of jet/rocket packs. One electric advantage is the quieter profile of the pair of rotary wings (operated at lower speed wider profile) which would suit stealthy approached - which jet/rocket packs can not match.
