I like the simplicity of the pyramid but.. Why is the Senior PM not talking to customers?
- xyzelement 5y agoI think she includes that under "challenges product market fit". In the writeup below the pyramid she talks about the planning PM's skill of eliciting high value information from customers.
- theptip 5y agoSeems to be in the text if not the summary image: > On the customer front, the PM needs to be able to creatively draw out real customer needs. This survey and interview technique is more of an art than a science, and comes with experience.
