- passivate 5y agoOP apologized and took down the code - which was satisfactory to the Amjad. AFAIK, no lawsuit has been filed. Now, the only reason to make the conversation public is to apply public pressure to make something happen.
- saagarjha 5y agoOP apologized and took down the code so he wouldn't be served with a lawsuit, not because he thought it was fair.
- passivate 5y agoI disagree, I don't see it that way. The very first email says "Don't worry, I have no intention [..]". That to me, indicates OP was aware they were in a grey area.
