- fspeech 5y agoWhat is the exact mechanism of recovery? Does this mean that DOJ has found the person controlling the wallet? As for implications: 1. Does this reduce the utility of Bitcoin to criminal organizations? 2. Does this incentivize future ransomware attackers to delay undoing their attack until they can further secure their gain?
