The movie made this much worse. In particular, the scene where Donald Glover suggests a strategy for getting the returning ship back to mars sooner [1].

- dylan604 5y agoThe audience reading the book is already filtered (probably) to people that would make this unnecessary, but for the joey beercans of the world that would never read a book (let alone this one) but watch the movie might actually find Glover's explanation still hard to understand. That scene always made me laugh but more for the Project Elrond bit. Seeing as Boromir has to explain the meaning.
