The inequality the Medium post author writes about exists around us regardless or whether we work for 4hrs or 40hrs a week. I'm not sure pulling in Tim's book especially adds to their point, particularly when you consider it is easy for the rest of he to dismiss the inequality and 'layer cake' of society if we ourselves are not enjoying a 4hr work week.
