What Richard is doing here is investing his time into making Mozilla better. Unfortunately, no matter how awesome he is for investing his time and no matter how useful his bug reports are, his bug reports are also so offensive, unconstructive and discouraging that it's deemed better for the community to ban him. I can understand and support that decision, although I may have chosen otherwise.
