My bf applied for at least 100 minimum wage casual jobs a few years ago and didn’t get anything. Now a few years later and 1.5 years of a software development degree finished, he applied for 2 programming jobs and got one. Sure the second part could be luck but the first part has become a statistic. These low wage jobs are absolutely flooded with applicants.
