The example given about the 120 years old assumption will very likely be broken in the next 10 to 20 years... Perhaps it is better and safer to just stick to simple code.
- bidirectional 5y agoIs it simpler, though? It has fewer assumptions, but writing quicksort from scratch is probably a lot more challenging than putting items into buckets in a single pass.
