Although Mozilla would be quite right to ban someone if this kind of behavior becomes repetitive, I do find these kind of bug reports extremely useful, because they also convey the impact it has on the user. I can easily identify with his reaction to this "feature", and if my software annoys people like that, I would really want to know. In fact, this kind of irritating software behavior is one of the reasons I ditched TB a long time ago. I'm sure that was considerable less useful than actually filing a mildly offensive bug report.
