Why do you believe that we are running low on protein? Meat maybe, but I'm under the impression that plant based protein is plenty sufficient.
- carlmr 5y agoI think the issue is that plant based protein is plentiful, but people want meat. Insects are kind of in between in terms of production efficiency and meat-like consistence.
