It should be obvious to a developer that he/she should test outside of this closed enviroment but, I agree that it's possible many do not. I stand by the state

It should be obvious to a developer that he/she should test outside of this closed enviroment but, I agree that it's possible many do not. I stand by the statement that you can still fail the test despite having content that does not 'visibly' shift though.
